Noise from neighboring rooms was ridiculous, making sleep impossible!!! Cleaning protocols need improvement, dirty cutlery and unclean sheets are unacceptable!!! Temperature control issues made the stay uncomfortable!!! Some better communication would be appreciated!!!

Had a great time with my friends here! We visited the National Exhibition Centre and also checked out Santai Spa nearby. The kitchen facilities were handy, and we loved the big fridge. It’s close to stores and bus stops, making everything easy. Definitely recommend this spot!
The mobile key access was a bit tricky at first, but we got a physical key which worked better for us.

The Deluxe Double Studio was spotless and had all the latest fixtures, with free parking right outside. I really enjoyed the cozy feel of the apartment and found the app-based check-in to be super convenient. The only downside was that the automatic key system sometimes took a minute to get used to, but overall, it was a smooth experience! 😊

Solo travelers looking for a cozy getaway
I loved the room. It was nice and cosy with everything you'd need. Absolutely loved the TV/Netflix, I was so cosy having a break from mum life just relaxing in the comfortable bed watching Netflix eating home made food. That was perfect. Also the shower was nice, everything in the kitchen was perfect. I'd stay again for sure. Worth the money.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable given the experience.

Great place for a little getaway!
Had a lovely stay for one night! The contactless check-in was super smooth, and a friendly guy helped me get in. My daughter and her friend were thrilled with everything in the King Studio. They enjoyed the comfy vibe and loved the dining options nearby. Just wish the parking was more convenient.

Hidden fees were a bummer
So I booked a King Studio for 1 night, but things went south fast. After paying in full, they hit me with a £100 security deposit request! Didn't feel right to share my bank info, so I asked for a refund but they wouldn't budge. the location seemed decent, but those surprise costs kinda ruined it for me.
